Social Media Giveaway Terms and Conditions

The following rules apply to your participation in our competition. By submitting your entry and by entering the competition you agree to the following rules.

The Prize: We have 1x Roberts Radio Revival iStream speaker to give away.

To Enter: Internet access and a valid social media profile is required to participate.

• Competition posts will come from the Access BDD selected social media pages.
• To enter via Facebook or Instagram: log into relevant social media pages and visit the Access profile, find the relevant competition post and as instructed – follow the social media page (if not following already), like the post and tag another social media user “who they would share the prize with”. Must be following the social media page that is commented on to qualify to enter.

Any comments left on the Facebook or Instagram, or Comments in reply, must not be offensive in any way. Whether an entry is deemed to be offensive shall be at the absolute discretion of the Promoter. Entry made via a third party (including by use of an automated service) is not permitted. An entry sent in this way will not be valid. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any entry for any reason at its absolute discretion.

Access BDD shall moderate all comments entered and Access BDD reserves the right at its absolute discretion to remove any comments on the social pages at any time.

The Competition’s promotion period runs between the date the competition is posted, to the end date outlined in the post, inclusive. All entries must be received within this time and by midnight on the closing date to be included.

Entry Restrictions: The Competition is only open to residents aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoter, or their agents, families and suppliers, or anyone connected with the Promoter are not eligible to participate. No applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.

Prize Draw and Notification of Winners: Winner(s) will be drawn at random from all eligible entries received. Winners(s) will be initially notified through the platform they entered (for example Facebook or Instagram) within 5 working days of the competition end date. If there are no eligible entries, no prize will be awarded.

The winners must respond within one week of the winning notification by 4.00pm in order to claim the prize.

The prize will then be posted to the winner once they have provided the Promoter with a delivery address.

If a winner fails to respond by 4.00pm one week after the winning notification has been shared, the winner forfeits their right to any prize and the Promoter will select an alternative winner. Any further selection of winners will be in accordance with these terms and conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right to vary these rules at any time, or to withdraw the Competition altogether for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.

The Promoter’s decision is final in connection with all matters arising from this Competition and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter accepts no responsibility, liability or any consequences whatsoever for participating in this Competition or the prize offered in relation to the Competition.

Note in relation to Facebook and Instagram: This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. Participants are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook or Instagram.

We take all winner’s privacy seriously and request consent before publishing any winners’ images on social media platforms. If no winners are published, consent has not been given.

Refer a Partner Program Terms and Conditions – US and Canada

1. Eligibility and Rewards:
   • The referrer and referred partner will receive a total discount of $500 for successfully referring a new partner to us. This includes the new partner having an introductory call with the Access BDD sales manager, application approval, and placing their first order.
   • This discount will be split as follows: $250 credited to the referrer’s account and $250 as a discount for the referred partner’s first order.
   • The referrer must be an existing partner of Access BDD.
2. Discount Application:
   • The $250 discount for the referred partner applies to their first full order with us.
   • This discount is not applicable for partial orders or individual products; it applies only to a complete order.
   • Discounts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. Product-Specific Terms:
   • For HomeGlide products, a minimum spend of $5,000 is required to qualify for the referral program benefits.
   • Other products may have different minimum spend requirements, which will be communicated at the time of the referral.
4. Program Duration:
   • The Refer a Partner Program is open throughout the year. We continuously monitor its performance and may adjust terms accordingly.
   • Any changes to the program will be communicated via email to existing partners and updated on our website.
5. Referral Limitations:
   • There is no maximum limit on the number of referrals a participant can make.
   • Referrals must be made in good faith and cannot be self-referrals or fraudulent in nature.
6. Tracking and Performance:
   • To monitor program performance, participants must ensure that each referral includes the name and phone number of the referred partner in the designated referral field.
   • We are not responsible for incomplete or incorrect referral information.
7. Communication Channels:
   • Information about the Program will be communicated through various channels including sales managers, social media announcements, promotional cards, and our partner portal.
   • Any queries about the program can be directed to our customer service team.
8. Discount Application:
   • The discount for the referrer will be applied to their account as credit upon confirmation of the referred partner’s first order with us.
   • Credits will be applied within 30 days of the referred partner’s first order confirmation.
9. General Terms:
   • We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Refer a Partner Program at any time without prior notice.
   • Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
   • We reserve the right to disqualify any participant from the program if we suspect any form of manipulation or misuse.
   • By participating in the program, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
   • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Access BDD operates.
10. Confidentiality and Data Protection:
    • All participant information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
    • Participants agree to the collection and use of their data for the purposes of the program.
11. Liability:
    • Access BDD will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of the referral discount or the operation of the Refer a Partner Program.
